A practice built around recovery
Corebella opened to close a gap patients kept describing: addiction care in one place, mental health care in another, and no one looking after the rest of their health.
Today our physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners and licensed counselors work from a shared plan for each patient. That means fewer repeated stories, faster medication decisions and follow-up that actually accounts for what changed last week.
We serve adults across Maricopa County from offices in Tempe, Glendale and Scottsdale, and reach patients statewide through video visits.
